Tender duck breast fillets marinated overnight in our own plum sauce. Place the duck breasts on a hot frying pan, skin side down, for ten minutes. Turn duck over and fry for another 5 minutes. Allow to rest for 4 minutes before slicing. Alternatively, remove cling film and cook in a preheated oven at 180c for 15-20 minutes.
