Delicious and moist whole free range chicken which has been fully boned and marinated in a New Orleans Cajun marinade that is a blend of paprika, garlic, onion, thyme, chilli and spices. Remove all packaging and spread chicken out on a roasting tray. Cook in a preheated oven at 180c for 40-45 minutes.
We use a New Orleans Style rub for these.
