Stir fry is one of the most popular dishes in Ireland because its very versatile and is quick to cook.

Originating in Mainland China Hunan, the orange sauce is so sweet, tangy, salty and umami.

We had to recreate this special dish with earthy ginger and it to our ever popular stir-fry range

Cooking: Preheat oven to 180c, cook for 25 – 30mins. Or stir fry in a smoking hot wok for 5 – 10mins until chicken is fully cooked.
