We make our corned beef the traditional way. Cured in our owed blend of water, brown sugar and salts, corned beef is a great tasting family meal. Remove packaging and place joint in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes per pound with an extra 20 minutes at the end. Allow the beef to cool in in the water as this process will make the joint become more tender and more moist.
