Brilliant. An old time classic.
It’s an old time, very old time classic one of the big favorites in Dublin back in the 70s.
So a lot of people would make stew with that. You make this stew leave it on for about three or four hours simmering, the meat just falls off the bone. Oxtails are actually probably one of the nicest pieces on the animal.When the meat falls off the bones, just scoop out the bones, and you are left with this amazing stew. Lovely!
So a bit of stock, loads of veg, nice potatoes in at the end.
