It’s the granddaddy of steaks! 

T-bone Steak

Ideally we cut them for two for sharing. When you get them like that you pan fry them for 5 minutes each side, and then stick them in a hot over for five minutes, and then rest them for five, and then share them, and enjoy!

Don’t forget to let them rest before you eat them!

Personally we would season them after it. You want to be able to taste the salt. 

If you are going to season them before make sure it is around thirty minutes before. Use a good salt like a Maldon.
