Brisket, Smoked, Salt & Chilli Rub

Aged brisket with olive oil and a delicious rub of smoked Achill island salt, thyme and a hint of chilli. Remove from packaging. Place in a oven proof dish with 1 inch of water. Put lid on and cook in a preheated oven at 150c for 4-5 hours. Always allow 25 minutes for meat to rest and relax.
