Tender dry cured ham fillet that wont fall apart when carving. With a nice layer of fat to give the ham extra moistness. Great to bake with a nice honey & mustard glaze. Remove packaging. Bring to boil in water. Throw first boil off and fill pot back up with water and let ham simmer for 80 minutes. Allow to cool and remove netting. Smoother with a ham glaze and wrap in foil. Roast in an oven at 180c for 30 minutes removing foil last 10 minutes.
