Pork fillet is the most tender part of the pork. It is completely trimmed, and is ideal for cutting into medallions to put into a pork based dish. Or cut into strips for a stir fry. Or we can split them down and you can put your own stuffing in them and cook them in the over for about twenty minutes. They’re very quick to cook and super tender.
