Free Range Roast in The Bag Chicken
Tender free range stuffed chicken basted in melted butter with garlic, sea salt, black pepper, parsley, thyme covered with smoked rasher. Roast in a preheated oven at 180c for 1 hour. Let cool, remove cooking bag and roast for a further 30 minutes until cooked through.
The saltiness of the rasher and chicken inside with the garlic!! Yum.

There are seriously good! They’re one of our hero products.
Basically it’s a large free range chicken. We stuff it with our own herb stuffing. Then we baste it in garlic butter and garlic. We then put some mixed herbs, oregano, thyme all over it. Then it gets a smoked streaky rasher on top. Add some more fresh herbs like parsley & rosemary. We put it into a roasting bag that you can actually cook in the oven. And, and what that does is it gives you the moistness, keeps everything in the bag, the juice, the flavour all stays in the bag.

INGREDIENTS: Whole chicken, butter ( MILK ), garlic, smoked bacon, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, bread stuffing ( WHEAT , GLUTEN ). Keep refrigerated below 4c Suitable for freezing.
