Rib Roast on the Bone
Little bit of flair about this one. For me it’s about the theatre, and it adds flavour with the bone, it still has that rib meat on the side of it. Which if we were to bone and roll it we would take that rib meat off it. So it has that lovely rib meat still on the inside of the bone. Flavour wise it’s up there with the best on the roasts.
Once you have fat you are laughing!
