Striploin Steak
The striploin is the top part of the t-bone. The top part is the strip and the bottom part is the fillet. So we take the striploins off the bone. We age them, take them off the bone, and then cut them into about ten ounces. You could cook them whatever way you like, rare is about two minutes each side on a hot pan, medium is around four minutes, well done is around six.
Don’t forget to allow them to rest!
