T-bone Pork Chop
Nice layer of fat on them. between the rind and the meat, the t-bone also has that fillet on the bottom which is really lovely. Again, they’re quite big for the pan so we would definitely suggest oven or BBQ. You could also sear them on the pan and then put them into the over for around 15-20mins like a Cote de Boeuf.
