These are wonderful but not everyone has heard of them. To put them in context short ribs are single ribs, they come in a plate form. But Miami Beef Ribs are cut against the grain of the short ribs which makes them more tender and easy to cook. So these things can go straight on to the barbecue without pre cooking in the oven first because they are so tender. Or you could do them in the oven for about 40 minutes, a bit of BBQ sauce, class. 

So underrated!!
