Short Rib
Wonderful for slow cooking, elevate any meal.
Why are short ribs so popular these days? Well they are versatile, in the sense that you can do them long slow cook like a stew. Or what a lot of people do in the summer once you long slow cook them, is you take them out, put some bbq sauce on them and finish them on the bbq. So you get that amazing barbecue flavor, and the meat just falls into your mouth.
In the winter, you can roast them on a bed of veg without any stock, or you can casserole them. Personally I prefer the casserole approach. The bone just peels away.
